Agents, title companies and appraisers: when you bring an owner or tenant to RentsForRents, you earn $1.00 each time a member unlocks one of their listings, for 12 months from the day it was listed.
Own property? List it yourself and earn $6 per unlock.
If you own or lease space, list it yourself for free. You earn $5 as the owner plus $1 as the referral partner every time it is unlocked: $6 per unlock. (If another partner referred you first, they keep the $1 and you still earn the $5.)
$1 per unlock, for a year
Every property listed by someone you referred is credited to you. Each paid unlock of it earns you $1.00 for 12 months from that property’s listing date. It comes out of our share, so the owner or tenant still earns their full $5.
Paid monthly
Referral earnings are added to the same monthly PayPal or Venmo payout the owners get. $25 minimum; smaller balances roll over. We need a W-9 on file before we pay you.

Send it to owners, landlords, tenants and Small Businesses you work with: rentsforrents.com/list?ref=YOURCODE.
They list for free
When they sign up through your link and list a property, it is credited to you. We remember your link for 90 days, and the first partner to refer someone keeps the credit.
You earn $1 per unlock
Watch your referred owners, credited properties, unlocks and earnings on your dashboard, with the expiry date of every credit.
The fine print, in plain words
- Referral partners are free to join and get no access to property data. Rent details are coming soon.
- You earn $1.00 only on paid unlocks of a credited property, within 12 months of that property’s listing date.
- First touch wins: each owner or tenant is tied to the first partner whose link they used.
- Free or test accounts, refunded or charged-back unlocks, and your own purchases earn nothing.
- No refunds on memberships or unlocks. Fraud, fake listings or self-dealing forfeits your earnings.
- We may change the program going forward; changes never reduce what you already earned. See Terms, Section 13A.
